I DO NOT HAVE PSYCHIC ABILITIES AND I WONT KNOW WHETHER U HAVE DONE IT OR NOT.


please come up to me for like 30 secs and tell me: su i did it(run, skip, cycle, jog etc) alr.
i'm still recording the log book as i speak.

and how many of u have been watching ur diets?
once and for all, strictly no junk food on trng days.
this includes FAST FOOD, CARBONATED DRINKS(except 1oo+ & H20), ALCOHOL, PORK(mr chen said it's lousy protein), etc etc.


another thing, please excercise ur fruit intake during trngs. no doubt coach bought fruits for us but pls, drink break means drink break. i dont mind u guys eating one piece at a time but not 3 or more at a go. show courtesy please; there are other netballers arnd u.

netballers who want to bring the balls(esp new ones) home must inform me if not mr ang/ms goh/weeling/ juliana first. i need to do ball count. bib washing duties will be assigned to the j1s soon so pls take note.
